Hey there, I’m Paul. And I’m your guide to finding your longer trail.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve become the go-to travel person for friends, family, coworkers, and extensions of those communities. I’ve built dozens of proposals, detailed itineraries, custom maps, and thoughtful recommendations — all designed around what people want to see and how they want to feel while they’re away from home. Whether it’s somewhere I’ve been before, or a new destination that I’ve yet to explore, my recommendations are geared toward how you like to experience new places.
Why I Do This
I love the research, the logistics, and the quiet art of making a trip flow smoothly while still leaving room for the magic of spontaneous travel. It brings me genuine joy to see people take on new adventures, however big or small it may seem. My own love of planning has taken me all across the globe in different forms—from budget accommodations in Europe to breaking the bank while luxury traveling through the Serengeti in Kenya, that’s how Longer Trails was born.
While my experience planning trips is extensive, there are many places I haven’t yet been to. Sign up for our newsletter to learn about new offerings and experiences.

What is the “Longer Trail?”
The “longer trail” is about destination, sure, but it’s also about the depth of the adventure. It’s the winding path instead of the shortcut. The extra stop you didn’t originally plan. It’s knowing you’ll never forget that moment or that person. It’s reaching that one place or having that one meal you’ll talk about for decades. The moment you turn to someone and say, “How the hell did we even get here?”
